We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
BlackTop Roleplay is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 1-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 20:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 1 across that stretch and peaking at 23:00 UTC with 2. Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 1 player against 48 slots (3% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 22 players, left 54% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 0 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 98% on the 3 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts BlackTop Roleplay ahead of 93% of the 42,527 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood BlackTop Roleplay runs Qbox with 298 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
