There is one monitored inbox behind ViceHub, and a real person reads it. Email is the primary channel for anything that needs a record — privacy requests, takedowns, and press. The Discord server is for everything else.
Who operates ViceHub
ViceHub is built and operated by Boris K., an independent sole trader based in Bulgaria. It is not a registered company, and it is not affiliated with Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
Email: admin@vicehub.info
ViceHub is run from a home office, so no street address is published here. A postal address is provided on request to a supervisory authority, or wherever it is legally required.
Every channel below reaches the same inbox. The subject line is what routes it, so use the matching link and your mail lands in the right queue.
Questions about the site, a listing that looks wrong, a creator shop or server page you want corrected, feedback, or a bug. If you are not sure where something belongs, send it here.
Usually answered within 2–3 working days.
admin@vicehub.info →Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. Say which right you are exercising and which account it concerns, so the request can be verified against the right record.
Acknowledged within a few days and answered within the one month the GDPR allows — normally much sooner.
admin@vicehub.info →Report a stolen or infringing script, a scam shop, or a server listing that should not be on the site. Include the exact ViceHub URL, what is wrong with it, and — for a copyright claim — proof that you hold the rights or act for the rights-holder.
Triaged ahead of everything else; a listing can be hidden while a claim is reviewed.
admin@vicehub.info →Journalists, researchers and students: ViceHub records FiveM server-population data that is not published anywhere else. Say what you are working on and what you need.
Answered as time allows — ViceHub is a one-person project.
admin@vicehub.info →The ViceHub Discord server is the informal channel: quick questions, resource and server chat, feature ideas, and support for the AI ticket bot. It is not a substitute for email — a privacy request, a copyright claim, or anything you need answered on the record should go to admin@vicehub.info, where it is logged and tracked.
