Who we are

ViceHub ("ViceHub", "we", "us") operates vicehub.info, a community-ranked FiveM discovery hub and AI ticket-bot service. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, reach us on our Discord server.

Data we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Discord OAuth we receive your Discord id, username, and email. Optional Kick OAuth (for in-site chat) provides your Kick id and username.
• Content you submit — resources, shops, reviews, comments, votes, and Discord ticket messages/transcripts you create through the service.
• Billing data — ticket-bot subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details directly.
• Technical logs — IP address and user agent, kept for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.
• Analytics — we use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool. It does not track you across other websites and does not set advertising identifiers.

Cookies we set

ViceHub sets a small number of functional, httpOnly cookies: a session cookie (keeps you signed in), a 2FA verification cookie (admin accounts), and a Kick session cookie (in-site chat). None of these are used for advertising. Advertising cookies are set only when an ad actually serves — see the section below.

Advertising & Google AdSense

ViceHub uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
• Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Visitors in the EEA and UK are shown a consent banner (a Google certified Consent Management Platform) and can decline advertising cookies before any ad personalization occurs.

Legal bases & your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

We process account and content data to provide the service (contract), technical logs for security (legitimate interest), and advertising cookies with your consent where required (EEA/UK). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Discord (above). We keep account data until you delete your account, and technical logs only for a short, limited retention window.

Children

ViceHub is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
