Effective date: July 13, 2026
The controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy is:
ViceHub is run by one person and is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, so there is none to name — data-protection requests are handled directly by the controller above. A postal address is provided on request to a supervisory authority or where it is otherwise legally required. Other ways to reach us are listed on the contact page.
ViceHub ("ViceHub", "we", "us") operates vicehub.info, a community-ranked FiveM discovery hub and AI ticket-bot service. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, email admin@vicehub.info. For anything informal you can also find us on our Discord server, but privacy requests should go to the email address above so they are logged and answered on the record.
ViceHub sets a small number of functional, httpOnly cookies: a session cookie (keeps you signed in), a 2FA verification cookie (admin accounts), and a Kick session cookie (in-site chat). None of these are used for advertising. Advertising cookies are set only when an ad actually serves — see the section below.
ViceHub uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
We process account and content data to provide the service (contract), technical logs for security (legitimate interest), and advertising cookies with your consent where required (EEA/UK). We keep account data until you delete your account, and technical logs only for a short, limited retention window.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@vicehub.info and say which right you are exercising and which account it concerns, so the request can be matched to the right record. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, and usually much sooner. Exercising your rights is free.
If you think we have handled your personal data unlawfully, please contact us first — most issues are quicker to fix directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the controller is established in Bulgaria, the competent authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). If you live elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence instead.
ViceHub is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
