Gallery RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 12-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 18:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 20 across that stretch and peaking at 00:00 UTC with 31. Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
