The window to join Grand Opening!! Optimal RP Serious RP is 23:00–06:00 UTC, when it averages 14 concurrent players — well clear of its 8-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 02:00 UTC, averaging 17. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 13:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 120 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 8 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 28 — 23% of capacity. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 38% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts Grand Opening!! Optimal RP Serious RP ahead of 94% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Grand Opening!! Optimal RP Serious RP runs QBCore with 530 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
