We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join NORA is 13:00–21:00 UTC, when it averages 3 concurrent players — well clear of its 1-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 16:00 UTC, averaging 6. Outside it the city empties: across 21:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 6 slots, reaching 15 of them (250%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 2 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is thinning, though: it averaged 1 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 68% on the 2 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts NORA ahead of 91% of the 42,476 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
NORA loads 175 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
