TORP

TORP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 72-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 23:00–09:00 UTC, averaging 115 across that stretch and peaking at 03:00 UTC with 142. Outside it the city empties: across 10:00–21:00 UTC it averages just 33 players, bottoming out at 15:00 UTC on 16, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Capacity is a real constraint here: against 200 slots its peak this week hit 184 — 92% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 76 players, which is 38% full. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 38% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.

That puts TORP ahead of 99% of the 42,588 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.

Under the hood TORP runs ESX with 521 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
