We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
New State RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 41-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 23:00–09:00 UTC, averaging 77 across that stretch and peaking at 05:00 UTC with 109. Outside it the city empties: across 09:00–23:00 UTC it averages just 16 players, bottoming out at 14:00 UTC on 3, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 150 slots its peak this week hit 136 — 91% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 43 players, which is 29% full. It is thinning, though: it averaged 39 players across 1 Sept–3 Sept, down 21% on the 49 it averaged across 28 Aug–30 Aug.
That puts New State RP ahead of 98% of the 43,606 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood New State RP runs ESX with 533 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
