We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Back to Cali FivePD is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 1-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 11:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 1 across that stretch and peaking at 17:00 UTC with 2. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 64 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 1 player, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 10 — 16% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 1 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 721% on the 0 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Back to Cali FivePD ahead of 88% of the 42,581 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Back to Cali FivePD runs ND Core with 325 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
