Project 713

Project 713 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 1-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 21:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 3 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 5. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 48 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 1 player, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 12 — 25% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 2 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 132% on the 1 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.

That puts Project 713 ahead of 90% of the 42,527 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.

Project 713 loads 215 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
