We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Lincoln Park Roleplay is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 20-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 00:00–10:00 UTC, averaging 33 across that stretch and peaking at 07:00 UTC with 45. Outside it the city empties: across 10:00–00:00 UTC it averages just 10 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 11 players against 120 slots (10% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 72 players, left 40% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 19 players across 15 Oct–17 Oct, up 1487% on the 1 it averaged across 11 Oct–13 Oct.
That puts Lincoln Park Roleplay ahead of 97% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Lincoln Park Roleplay runs ESX with 364 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
