We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
BUSTED: EU is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 41-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 13:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 61 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 80. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 22 players, bottoming out at 06:00 UTC on 10, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 40 players against 256 slots (16% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 141 players, left 45% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 44 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 14% on the 38 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts BUSTED: EU ahead of 98% of the 42,427 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
BUSTED: EU loads 20 resources (a lean build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
