To join EchoRP, you must first be allowlisted. Head to https://discord.gg/echorp, then find the #1-allowlist-guide channel and follow the instructions pinned there. Once submitted, our staff team will review your application.
We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Soulcity by EchoRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 111-player daily average for 13 straight hours, 08:00–21:00 UTC, averaging 165 across that stretch and peaking at 15:00 UTC with 194. Outside it the city empties: across 22:00–08:00 UTC it averages just 41 players, bottoming out at 01:00 UTC on 24, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 200 slots, reaching 200 of them (100%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 111 players — expect to wait at prime time. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 10% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That peak of 200 makes Soulcity by EchoRP the 478th busiest of the 42,427 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week — and the 4th busiest of the 29 established India servers we track.
Soulcity by EchoRP loads 385 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
