We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Dream RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 22-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 22:00–08:00 UTC, averaging 35 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 45. Outside it the city empties: across 08:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 11 players, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 5, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 21 players against 128 slots (17% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 79 players, left 38% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 24 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 23% on the 20 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Dream RP ahead of 97% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Dream RP runs Qbox with 500 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
