We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
PGN Classic 4.0 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 32-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 20:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 71 across that stretch and peaking at 00:00 UTC with 93. Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 9 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 32 players against 250 slots (13% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 114 players, left 54% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 27% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts PGN Classic 4.0 ahead of 98% of the 43,051 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood PGN Classic 4.0 runs Qbox with 562 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
