We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Chiraq Stories is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 74-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 22:00–09:00 UTC, averaging 113 across that stretch and peaking at 03:00 UTC with 142. Outside it the city empties: across 09:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 36 players, bottoming out at 13:00 UTC on 14, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 200 slots its peak this week hit 170 — 85% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 73 players, which is 37% full. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 19% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts Chiraq Stories ahead of 99% of the 42,364 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Chiraq Stories runs ESX with 411 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
