We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
RT Server is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 107-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 15:00–01:00 UTC, averaging 130 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 140. Its longest quiet stretch is 01:00–10:00 UTC, averaging 76 players — thin by its own standards, but still a running city rather than an empty one.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 200 slots its peak this week hit 157 — 79% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 107 players, which is 54% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 115 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, up 16% on the 99 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.
That puts RT Server ahead of 98% of the 43,961 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
RT Server loads 599 resources (a heavy build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
