We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join MindCityRP is 19:00–00:00 UTC, when it averages 35 concurrent players — well clear of its 8-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 20:00 UTC, averaging 48. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 02:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 8 players against 128 slots (6% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 70 players, left 45% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 7 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 25% on the 9 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts MindCityRP ahead of 97% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
MindCityRP loads 226 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
