We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join Test Server is 19:00–01:00 UTC, when it averages 12 concurrent players — well clear of its 8-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 20:00 UTC, averaging 16. Outside it the city empties: across 10:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 64 slots its peak this week hit 60 — 94% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 10 players, which is 16% full. It is thinning, though: it averaged 6 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 44% on the 11 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Test Server ahead of 97% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
