We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Hustle State RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 27-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 20:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 49 across that stretch and peaking at 03:00 UTC with 71. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 12 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 128 slots its peak this week hit 92 — 72% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 27 players, which is 21% full. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 33% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts Hustle State RP ahead of 98% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Hustle State RP runs QBCore with 311 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
