ReviewWe count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join The Streets Chicago is 01:00–07:00 UTC, when it averages 14 concurrent players — well clear of its 5-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 03:00 UTC, averaging 22. Outside it the city empties: across 07:00–01:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 125 slots, reaching 201 of them (161%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 13 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is thinning, though: it averaged 2 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 95% on the 29 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts The Streets Chicago ahead of 99% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood The Streets Chicago runs ESX with 372 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
