We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Redline 2.0 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 12-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 19:00–04:00 UTC, averaging 21 across that stretch and peaking at 23:00 UTC with 29. Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 6 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 11 players against 100 slots (11% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 43 players, left 57% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 12 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 16% on the 10 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Redline 2.0 ahead of 96% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
