We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join BlackList is 17:00–01:00 UTC, when it averages 6 concurrent players — well clear of its 3-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 20:00 UTC, averaging 8. Outside it the city empties: across 01:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 4 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 25 — 20% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 3 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 27% on the 4 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts BlackList ahead of 94% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
BlackList loads 82 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
