Its 250 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 4 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 19 — 8% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 5 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 57% on the 3 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
