We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
District Networks is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 50-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 05:00–15:00 UTC, averaging 79 across that stretch and peaking at 10:00 UTC with 100. Outside it the city empties: across 16:00–04:00 UTC it averages just 26 players, bottoming out at 22:00 UTC on 9, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 180 slots its peak this week hit 159 — 88% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 54 players, which is 30% full. It is thinning, though: it averaged 45 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 27% on the 61 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts District Networks ahead of 99% of the 42,399 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players — and the 7th busiest of the 33 established Australia servers we track.
Under the hood District Networks runs Qbox with 407 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
