We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Balkan Malta is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 20-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 12:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 35 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 45. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 6 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 64 slots, reaching 76 of them (119%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 23 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is thinning, though: it averaged 19 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 31% on the 27 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Balkan Malta ahead of 97% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Balkan Malta loads 80 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
