We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join FLEX CITY RP 18+ is 22:00–05:00 UTC, when it averages 28 concurrent players — well clear of its 22-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 01:00 UTC, averaging 34. Its longest quiet stretch is 07:00–16:00 UTC, averaging 18 players — thin by its own standards, but still a running city rather than an empty one.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 20 players against 120 slots (17% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 45 players, left 63% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 17 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 27% on the 23 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts FLEX CITY RP 18+ ahead of 96% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood FLEX CITY RP 18+ runs QBCore with 413 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
