We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Urban Pursuit V2 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 23-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 13:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 37 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 46. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 11 players, bottoming out at 07:00 UTC on 3, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 22 players against 200 slots (11% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 85 players, left 58% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 25 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 22% on the 20 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Urban Pursuit V2 ahead of 97% of the 42,337 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Urban Pursuit V2 loads 121 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
