We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Roleplay Project: Text RP. No Voice is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 5-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 15:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 8 across that stretch and peaking at 22:00 UTC with 9. Outside it the city empties: across 01:00–15:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 1,000 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 5 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 14 — 1% of capacity. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 80% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts Roleplay Project: Text RP. No Voice ahead of 91% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Roleplay Project: Text RP. No Voice loads 135 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
