We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
SGCNR-EU runs a sharp rush rather than a long evening: the two hours of 17:00–19:00 UTC are when it actually fills, averaging 0 players against a round-the-clock average of 0. Outside it the city empties: across 19:00–09:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 120 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 0 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 2 — 2% of capacity. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 318% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts SGCNR-EU ahead of 48% of the 42,501 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
SGCNR-EU loads 70 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
