We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
DMV V2 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 12-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 19:00–07:00 UTC, averaging 19 across that stretch and peaking at 02:00 UTC with 27. Outside it the city empties: across 07:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 12 players against 64 slots (19% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 40 players, left 38% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 14 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 52% on the 9 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts DMV V2 ahead of 95% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood DMV V2 runs ESX with 490 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
