We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The I-10 Initative is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 3-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 22:00–07:00 UTC, averaging 6 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 10. Outside it the city empties: across 08:00–22:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 3 players against 48 slots (5% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 19 players, left 60% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 170% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That puts The I-10 Initative ahead of 92% of the 42,501 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
