Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–21:00 UTC it averages just 22 players, bottoming out at 14:00 UTC on 10, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 67 players against 777 slots (9% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 255 players, left 67% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 69 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 10% on the 63 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
