Liberty City

Liberty City is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 2-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 19:00–04:00 UTC, averaging 4 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 8. Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 1,024 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 3 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 71 — 7% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 2 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 57% on the 5 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.

That puts Liberty City ahead of 97% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.

Under the hood Liberty City runs vRP with 280 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice.
