Maldivas City

The window to join Maldivas City is 22:00–04:00 UTC, when it averages 12 concurrent players — well clear of its 6-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 00:00 UTC, averaging 14. Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 2,048 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 7 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 20 — 1% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 6 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 17% on the 8 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.

That puts Maldivas City ahead of 93% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.

Under the hood Maldivas City runs vRP with 244 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice.
