We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
HeroesRising RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 43-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 20:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 73 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 91. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 20 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 9, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 128 slots, reaching 127 of them (99%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 43 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is also filling up: it averaged 46 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 20% on the 39 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts HeroesRising RP ahead of 98% of the 42,173 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players — and the 21st busiest of the 272 established servers that set no country locale we track.
Under the hood HeroesRising RP runs ESX with 468 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
