DrillRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 12-player daily average for 13 straight hours, 10:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 19 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 25. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–10:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 03:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 13 players against 128 slots (10% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 43 players, left 66% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 11 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 16% on the 14 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.

That puts DrillRP ahead of 96% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
