We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Urban Pursuit is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 19-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 12:00–21:00 UTC, averaging 32 across that stretch and peaking at 17:00 UTC with 38. Outside it the city empties: across 01:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 8 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 4, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 350 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 19 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 55 — 16% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 20 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 18% on the 17 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Urban Pursuit ahead of 96% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Urban Pursuit loads 187 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
