Outside it the city empties: across 18:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 22:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 7 players against 120 slots (6% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 36 players, left 70% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 133% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
