Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 61 players, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 31, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 2,048 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 123 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 313 — 15% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 128 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, up 13% on the 113 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.
