Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 67 players, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 20, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 2,048 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 170 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 480 — 23% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 158 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, down 14% on the 184 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.
