WestLine FivePD is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 7-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 13:00–22:00 UTC, averaging 17 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 24. Outside it the city empties: across 22:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 00:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 7 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 34 — 27% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 10 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 71% on the 6 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
