We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Southside NYC is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 11-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 19:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 19 across that stretch and peaking at 00:00 UTC with 24. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 200 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 12 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 42 — 21% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 10 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 33% on the 15 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Southside NYC ahead of 96% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
