We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Elite League PVP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 3-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 11:00–22:00 UTC, averaging 6 across that stretch and peaking at 13:00 UTC with 9. Outside it the city empties: across 22:00–10:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 07:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 4 players against 64 slots (6% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 33 players, left 48% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 1 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 86% on the 7 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Elite League PVP ahead of 95% of the 42,323 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Elite League PVP runs vRP with 81 resources loaded — a moderate build, using pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
