The window to join New Era is 23:00–07:00 UTC, when it averages 235 concurrent players — well clear of its 131-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 03:00 UTC, averaging 265. Outside it the city empties: across 08:00–21:00 UTC it averages just 67 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 30, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

It is a queue server: it sells out its 275 slots, reaching 272 of them (99%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 133 players — expect to wait at prime time. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 26% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.

That peak of 272 makes New Era the 333rd busiest of the 42,744 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
