We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Capture of Utopia is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 36-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 11:00–22:00 UTC, averaging 63 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 79. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 12 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 1,337 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 36 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 95 — 7% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 44 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 50% on the 29 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Capture of Utopia ahead of 97% of the 42,476 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Capture of Utopia loads 91 resources (a moderate build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
