ReviewWe count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The Blvd Roleplay is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 23-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 19:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 42 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 52. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 8 players, bottoming out at 13:00 UTC on 3, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 100 slots its peak this week hit 70 — 70% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 23 players, which is 23% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 27 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 35% on the 20 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts The Blvd Roleplay ahead of 97% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood The Blvd Roleplay runs ESX with 287 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
