We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
EchoRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 103-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 17:00–04:00 UTC, averaging 159 across that stretch and peaking at 23:00 UTC with 222. Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 55 players, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 30, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 300 slots its peak this week hit 264 — 88% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 104 players, which is 35% full. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 9% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That peak of 264 makes EchoRP the 347th busiest of the 42,581 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
EchoRP loads 379 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
