ALL IN RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 4-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 18:00–03:00 UTC, averaging 7 across that stretch and peaking at 23:00 UTC with 9. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 4 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 21 — 16% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 3 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, down 45% on the 5 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.
