We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
STATIC FIVEPD: RED is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 10-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 18:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 15 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 21. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 5 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 3, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 10 players against 70 slots (14% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 31 players, left 56% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 11 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 12% on the 10 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts STATIC FIVEPD: RED ahead of 94% of the 42,441 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
STATIC FIVEPD: RED loads 539 resources (a heavy build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
